Zucchini Salad with Yogurt and Walnuts

Materials

Three large zucchini

750 g strained yogurt

three cloves of garlic

a pinch of dill

A cup of walnuts

a teaspoon of salt

three tablespoons of olive oil

A teaspoon of red chili powder

Preparation of Zucchini Salad with Yogurt and Walnut:

After washing the zucchini, grate it from the large part of the grater and cook it in a pan for 5 minutes. Add salt and let it cool. We take the yogurt into the mixing bowl and mix the crushed garlic and dill with a whisk. We take the juice of the peeled zucchini by straining it with the help of a spoon so that it does not water. Mix it again with a whisk and transfer it to the serving plate and spread it well. We break the walnuts and fry them in a pan with olive oil.
