Ingredients for Milky Dates and Peanuts Recipe
Jerusalem date or Medina date, Powdered Pistachios , Milk, Butter, Main crack Siirt or Pistachio
Take out the seeds of 4 Jerusalem dates or 8 Medina Mebrum dates. To soften them, boil them with 1/4 glass of boiling water for 15 minutes. get wet. Puree it with the help of a hand mixer with its water. Add 1/4 cup of milk to it.
Add 6 tablespoons of peanut powder and date puree to the pan and cook on low heat until it thickens. If you wish, you can add butter to add a little more flavor.
After it cools down, you can serve it by decorating it with some more Main cracked Pistachio or Siirt pistachios. Bon Appetit!
