FISTIKPARE DESSERT

Materials;

125 g butter (at room temperature )

Half a cup of powdered sugar

Half a glass of semolina

1 egg

1 teaspoon of ground peanuts

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 packet of vanilla

2-2.5 cups of flour

For sherbet;

2 cups granulated sugar

2.5 glasses of water

3-4 drops of lemon juice

Fabrication;

First of all, we prepare the syrup for our dessert. The sweet hot sherbet will be cold. Put the sugar and water in a saucepan and mix. When it starts to boil, we drop the lemon juice and boil it for five minutes and turn off the heat. We mix the ingredients except flour for the dough. By adding flour in a controlled way, we obtain a soft dough that does not stick to the hand. Take walnut-sized pieces from the dough and roll them and arrange them on the baking tray. We create our jobs right in the middle finger pressing the dough pits. (You can pit if you want to create a flat shape by light t) we cook in a preheated oven at 180 ° C.
