Melt the butter and mix it with the oil. We lubricate our tray, lubricate two and one phyllo dough, and put plenty of walnuts in the twentieth phyllo. We do the same with the remaining phyllo and cut it. Pour the excess oil on it. We bake our baklava at 170 C degrees until it is golden brown, and then we take it to 100 C degrees. We continue to cook for about an hour so that the intermediate layers are cooked. We put all the ingredients for the sherbet in the pot, take it from the stove 20-25 minutes after it boils and leave it to cool. Pour the syrup over the cooled baklava. Grate chocolate on it and add cocoa. After resting for 1-2 hours, you can consume your cold baklava on the service.
